Lara Williams is a Podologist and Reflexology Therapist who was born and raised on beautiful Vancouver Island.
She began her career in foot care as an esthetician and has undergone additional advanced foot care training through the North American School of Podology. She has completed all four levels of NASP's Podology program, with each level being taught by an expert in that particular field.
Lara is also a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist certified in foot reflexology through the
Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC).
Lara has experience offering foot care to those with very limited mobility, diabetics and clients experiencing cognitive challenges.
An avid traveler, Lara has left her footprints in places like Hawaii, Fiji, Barbados, New Zealand, Australia, Italy, Mexico and loves to hear other peoples' stories of far off places!
