Advanced Foot Care Pedicure

​​The advanced foot care pedicure consists of clipping and filing of nails, cuticle and callus work (any necessary thick nail reduction and corn removal is included in this service), and lotion application with a relaxing foot and lower leg massage to aid with circulation.  Please remove any polish prior to visit.

​Approx. 30-45 min -  $75 for initial visit, $60 for every visit afterwards. 

​20 min foot massage add-on: A relaxing foot massage may be added on to a pedicure for $20. 

*If it has been 2 or more years since your last visit to Feet First you will need to book an Initial Pedicure.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a holistic modality based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and lower leg that map to other parts, organs and glands in the body. Lightly compressing those reflexes aids in relieving tension, improving circulation and supporting your body's efforts to function optimally. The treatment will begin with your feet wrapped in warm towels to stimulate circulation, followed by gentle reflexology and completes with a relaxing foot massage.
Please arrive in loose, comfortable clothing and ready to sit back and relax to receive the full benefit of this treatment.

Relaxing Spa Massage ​

This Swedish-style full body massage uses light to medium pressure with an unscented oil and finishes with a relaxing scalp massage. Massage can help ease muscle pain and stiffness, improve circulation, relieve anxiety, improve sleep, boost immunity and relieve headaches. Please note, this is not an RMT massage.
